I was drawn to working with people completely by accident. My past life included working within customer service for a large corporation and realising that it was killing me. My stress levels were astronomical and I suffered regularly from migraines. I was introduced to a massage therapist whilst living on the Mornington Peninsula and remembered thinking how amazing he was. I couldn’t believe the difference that body therapy could have on my whole mind, body and spirit. So I enrolled in a one-day Introduction to Massage class and I was hooked. I signed up for the diploma that day. Now I have a passion for helping people to see the best versions of themselves. With well over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, I have added to my skillset techniques in Craniosacral Therapy. Being the only Techniques certified Upledger Trained Craniosacral Therapist in Western Victoria, I have many years of experience in helping people to find the mind-body connection through their nervous systems. This enables a deeper sense of change. I am a Reiki Master and have a long history of working with energy and energy medicine and an ongoing obsession for learning more. All things energy and anything connected with it is where my greatest interest lies. I have been intuitive and energy-sensitive since I was a child, so doing work that I love with the energy that I perceive is extremely rewarding. Having completed a certificate in Meditation Teacher training through the School of Positive Transformation I have opened a space for meditation. Meditation has been a part of my life for over 20 years and I found that the benefits that I was seeing in my own life were something that I wanted to pass on to others. Moon Circles and following the cycles of the seasons is a passion of mine. I have brought into the meditation space Full Moon and New Moon circles to encourage others to work with the cycles of the seasons and how they affect us. This is a space of growth, emotionally and spiritually. I look forward to sharing what knowledge I have with you and seeing what adventure we can all take together.
